At YELO we strive to create interactive fitness worlds in a studio environment. You will enjoy the music and social vibe of your favourite indoor cycling class, and have the advanced performance metrics of the Wattbike.
Our CycloCinema workouts will take you away on stunning mountain rides where it’s always sunny. We have a surround sound system as well as a 'silent disco' option for daytimes, and DJ playlists which lay down the vibe for the sessions.
You will have the encouragement of friendly instructors and the camaraderie of the group for the fitness journey ahead. Everyone supports each other. It's all about riding to your own level and feeling comfortable.
It's about being better than you used to be.
The choice of how easy or how hard to ride in the session is up to you.
The real-time Wattbike data is used to keep you within your best training zones. Often that means going slower not faster.
The YELO instructor will help you power up or power down, depending on your goals.

Anita's stats are from the Cyclocinema class of the Col du Galibier.
"An amazing session. The film was of a sunny day with stunning scenery. I love how you don’t know where the road will go. One minute you are going straight ahead, the next minute the road doubles back over your right shoulder and up a crazy gradient. Tough, but so much fun."

Trains for fun and to keep in shape
David rode the MELO YELO class.
