Richard Weaver is an experienced personal trainer who can add a weight-training element to your fitness and cycling.

The combination of a YELO class session (or three!) per week and a 1:1 strength and toning programme will help you trim down to the amazing body-shape that you aspire to. YELO Wattbike sessions will have improved your cardio, so you will have even more stamina for gym sessions with weights.

  • Core strength work
  • Squatting and deadlifting for leg strength
  • Kettlebells
  • Upper body conditioning – ladies, nice toned arms and shoulders. Or lads, get ripped.
  • Bulgarian Bag training and other functional tools like TRX and ViPR
  • Bespoke sessions on the Wattbike
  • Other cardio – rowing machine, short distance running, cross-trainer
